Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned IT Asset Management professional to drive compliance, cost optimization and lifecycle governance of IT assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance and retirement.
  • Oversee Hardware Asset Management processes for accurate inventory tracking, asset optimization and governance.
  • Lead Software Asset Management programs ensuring license compliance, audit readiness and effective vendor management.
  • Implement Cloud Insights practices to monitor, optimize and report on cloud consumption and costs.
  • Maintain and govern Configuration Management Database and asset repositories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards.
  • Collaborate with teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting.
  • Conduct audits, reconciliations and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on ITAM processes, compliance and tools.
