Senior Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of the asset management team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our assets.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST

Job Title: Senior Analyst//Team Leader//AM//Manager - IC Role

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Model)

Job Overview:

  • Advanced Excel Proficiency: The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Excel, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong Accounting Knowledge: A strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) is essential.
  • Analytical Mindset: You will be responsible for evaluating asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks, identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team.
  • Critical Thinking and Communication: A critical thinker who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity, and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting. Clear communication is also essential to relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner.
  • Project Management Skills: The ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines is necessary. Additionally, being organized, detail-oriented, and accountable is crucial.
  • Collaborative Attitude: A collaborative attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership is required. Experience with Yardi / StarRez is a plus.
