About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Manager to lead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions across India. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving investment decisions through thorough financial analysis and scenario planning.
Key Responsibilities include building and analyzing detailed financial models, designing optimal tax and capital structures, preparing investment memos, and managing due diligence processes. The ideal candidate will also oversee key asset management functions to drive value creation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop insights, evaluate risks, and solve complex financial problems. Excellent communication skills are also essential for conveying complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:- Education: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, take ownership of complex projects, and drive results aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
