Role Overview:This position plays a vital role in onboarding, monitoring, and risk management for our institutional clients.
The key responsibility is to collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their requirements for investment deals in the structured finance sector.
Key responsibilities include onboarding client investment portfolios, closely working with clients to support risk and exposure monitoring of transactions, calculating and monitoring covenants, concentration limits, eligibility criteria, concentration tests, and borrowing base calculations.
Other key responsibilities include assisting/leading daily operations of various workstreams, ensuring accurate and timely deliverables, liaising with business analysts and implementation teams to guarantee data accuracy on proprietary platforms, mentoring and guiding freshers to enhance team learning curves, providing enhanced surveillance to clients on their portfolios, sharing critical aspects concerning overall performance proactively, and assisting in standardizing and streamlining processes to increase efficiencies and setting up SOPS around deliverables.
Required Skills:- Broad understanding of structured finance products, corporate credit landscape, ABL, CLO, middle market portfolio financing.
- In-depth knowledge of core financial and accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using MS Excel.
- Familiarity with various financial databases, including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factiva.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Capacity to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
