Director of Revenue Development

We are seeking a talented Director of Revenue Development to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to drive growth and profitability.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates, occupancy, and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to establish sales goals, pricing, and selling strategy.
  • Provide input on hotel budgets, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hotel revenue management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, resourceful, and possesses leadership qualities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in hospitality or related field.
  • Knowledge of technical and managerial applications of revenue management systems.
  • Ability to interpret market data and apply to sales strategy.
