Service Process Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Process Controller to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services and processes.

  • Ensure that assets under your control are properly managed and cared for throughout their lifecycle.
  • Identify, record, report, audit, and verify services and configuration items (CIs), including versions, baselines, constituent components, and relationships.
  • Manage changes to CIs through the Change Management process to ensure authorized components are used and only authorized changes are made.
  • Maintain an accurate and complete Configuration Management System (CMS) to ensure the integrity of configuration items and configurations required to control services.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • Prior experience in service management or a related field is an asset.
