Job Description:-

We are looking for a Service Engineer for our client place based at Pune (Maharashtra) location. The Service Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of industrial machinery. You will be responsible for on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to clients. This position ensures that machinery performs optimally and meets safety and operational standards.

Role & responsibilities:-

  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery on-site.
  • Understanding of CNC machine programming (Basic level) of Fanuc, Seimens systems.
  • Critical thinking & troubleshooting at customer work.
  • Installation / retrofitting of our products on grinding machines.
  • Service support to customer online or via visiting.
  • Maintain service records & timely reporting.
  • Finalisation of spare sale project from quotation to payment receive.
  • Responsible to attend call in Pune Region.
  • Maintaining & increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure machinery functionality.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients regarding machine operations.
  • Document service and maintenance activities in detail.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and management to improve service processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.
  • Manage service inventory and request parts and supplies as needed.

Preferred candidate profile:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair.
  • Strong Knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical aspects of the CNC Machines.
  • Should have Market knowledge on Products of CNC Machines.
  • Should have CNC System Knowledge and Automation.
  • Having own vehicle & valid license.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site service assignments.
