Job Opportunity: Candidate Support Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage candidate communications, verify documentation, and ensure professionalism in all interactions.
  • Resolve issues and enhance the overall candidate experience through a blend of customer support and outreach.
  • Document interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the experience.
  • Streamline common and recurring questions by creating and maintaining support documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
