Adobe Target Developer Role

The role of the Adobe Target/AEM Developer involves creating, developing, and customizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions with a focus on integrating Adobe Target. This developer will be responsible for creating AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet web and digital experience requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows to support business needs.
  • Configure and customize AEM publishing processes and related functionalities.
  • Manage and enhance AEM Assets configurations, including metadata schemas, renditions, and custom workflows.
  • Integrate Adobe Target with AEM to enable personalization, optimization, and testing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with architects, UX, and marketing teams to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x/AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Target for personalization and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL (Sightly).
  • Experience with AEM Assets configuration and customization.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (Analytics, Campaign, etc.).
