UI/UX Design Expert

We're seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to lead the design process for our digital products. Our goal is to craft intuitive and impactful experiences that resonate with users.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with product managers to translate ideas into seamless, minimalistic digital interfaces.

  • Develop and maintain a clean, modern design system that reflects our brand identity.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Optimize web interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
