Job Opportunity
Manage and maintain client databases and records by ensuring accurate data entry tasks are conducted efficiently. Assist with processing bookings and travel itineraries to provide timely support to clients. Collaborate with front office staff to provide necessary information and resources, thereby enhancing overall customer experience.
Support the coordination of vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery of services. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, providing effective solutions to meet client needs.
