Job Description:

Developing Training Content for Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity Programs

The role involves creating high-quality training content for digital transformation and cybersecurity programs. The content should be specifically designed for clients and meet Kaplan MENA's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design comprehensive training programs in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing for diverse audiences.
  2. Develop assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  3. Translate complex technical topics into clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
  4. Maintain and update the repository of all created content.
  5. Review content from other team members and freelance content developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least one of the following certifications – CompTIA Security+, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in designing high-quality training programs on complex technical topics.
  • Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
