Job Title: Enterprise Content Management Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Content Management (ECM) specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of content management solutions. With expertise in IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies, you will drive digital transformation and communication strategies across enterprise platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies.
  • Lead end-to-end content lifecycle management, including capture, storage, retrieval, and archival.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager.
  • Solid understanding of ECM principles.
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with integration of ECM systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Knowledge of digital communication platforms and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • IBM FileNet certification is a plus.
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred.
