Job Title: Transformation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Strategist to join our team and lead the development of transformation roadmaps for clients in customer service and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of cross-functional initiatives and drive milestones to realization.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop business cases analyzing feasibility and impact across multiple service lines.
  • Identify new technologies relevant to service lines and their potential for scalability.
  • Deliver on strategic and functional project goals focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Requirements:

Profile and Experience:

Applicants must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field, along with 10+ years of experience in change management or transformation.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Experience driving complex improvement projects across multiple accounts and domains.
  • Familiarity with transformation and process re-engineering, including RPA, IVR, cognitive services, bots, messaging, analytics, and Lean/Six Sigma.
  • A strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots.
  • Experience in the contact center or BPO industry.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and excellent internal client-facing skills.

Prioritized Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black belt/PMP/OCM certification is preferred.
