As a Senior Communications Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's communication strategies and reputation.

  • Crafting Strategic Communication Plans: Develop and implement long-term communication plans aligned with business objectives, identifying key opportunities and optimizing messaging for impact and relevance.
  • Nurturing Media Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and international media outlets, ensuring consistent and accurate media coverage of corporate activities.
  • Crisis Management: Develop crisis management plans to mitigate risks to the company's reputation, ensuring preparedness for handling crises effectively with clear, concise, and rapid communication responses.
  • Internal Messaging: Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization, fostering employee engagement through transparent and consistent messaging.
  • Sustainability Reporting: Manage communication strategies around sustainability initiatives, highlighting contributions to society and promoting social responsibility activities to enhance corporate reputation.
  • Content Creation & Quality Assurance: Oversee the creation of high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, reports, and digital platforms, implementing quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to communication standards.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate communication, public relations, or media relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
