Job Opportunity:

As a skilled content developer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to create rich content on devotional and mythology topics
  • Produce and translate high-quality content for various marketing materials such as eBooks, infographics, and quizzes in English and Hindi
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant trends, keywords, and gaps in online content to create fresh and engaging content
  • Establish and manage content quality benchmarks to ensure the quality of published content
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to create a monthly and seasonal content calendar
  • Commission articles from freelance and in-house writers and ensure timely delivery
  • Evaluate and approve submitted articles for cohesiveness and maintaining the voice and freshness of the content
  • Edit and rewrite articles, descriptions, website content, marketing communications, and other materials as needed
  • Ensure all published content is of top-notch quality, reader-friendly, and SEO-friendly
Requirements:
  • Excellent English/Hindi writing skills with the ability to research, structure, and deliver grammatically error-free content
  • Fluent in Hindi/English speaking and writing
  • Interest in devotional, mythology, and spiritual spaces
  • Good understanding of data and ability to gather insights for better results
  • Highly accountable and takes initiatives
  • Process-oriented mindset and scale thinking
  • Experience in building teams and scalable processes
  • Loves technology and how it can be used to scale processes
