We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager to join our organization.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Opportunity Support & Solutioning:
  • Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Lead complex / large / strategic opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, etc. to showcase the value proposition.
  • Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and ROI.
  • Guide clients through complex decision-making processes, offering expertise on how to drive the most value from proposed solutions.
Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute pre-sales strategies in alignment with business objectives, working closely with the Global Head – Presales & Solution Consulting.
  • Drive initiatives to continuously improve the Presales Centre of Excellence by bringing in best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to guide solution strategy and positioning.
Strategic Advisory:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization and propose long-term transformation strategies for clients.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on proposed solutions.
  • Provide critical client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams which could help in refining the product and content roadmap.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing / farming / retention strategy.
Marketing Initiatives:
  • Work closely with Customer Success team to understand client engagements and create compelling case studies articulating the value delivered.
  • For strategic accounts, articulate the ROI delivered by Beroe's solutions through representative scenarios.
  • Lead the creation of industry-specific solution pitches to bring in more contextualization in the value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in presales & solution consulting preferably from IT products (supply chain solutions).
