Global Biopharma Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Biopharma Growth Strategist to drive the expansion of our biopharma business in India.
Job OverviewThis is a challenging and rewarding role that will require strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the life sciences industry, with experience in product positioning, market sizing, segmentation, and analysis.
S/he will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive business growth, focusing on mass spectrometry and Capillary Electrophoresis products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the biopharma industry.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, application support, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- New Product Introduction: Identify and develop new product opportunities, ensuring successful launch and integration into existing business strategies.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Post Graduate/Ph.D in Science with MBA: Preferably in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience: In the Life Sciences industry, biopharma, or related fields.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas effectively.
