Lifelancer, a leading talent-hiring platform in Life Sciences and IT, seeks an experienced Life Sciences Business Growth Manager to drive the entire gamut of Biopharma activities for SCIEX across India.

About This Role:

This position is responsible for defining, developing, and delivering all aspects of the business growth and Biopharma brand development. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing the overall strategy for Biopharma (mass spectrometry and Capillary Electrophoresis products) in line with regional and global priorities, managing various Key Performance Indicators, and driving demand generation processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand the Biopharma brand in India
  • Lead presales presentations for different biopharma workflows using mass spectrometry and Capillary Electrophoresis products, collaborating with sales and application support teams to achieve short- and long-term goals
  • Manage the demand generation process to ensure quality and quantity of leads, maintain funnel hygiene, and optimize sales processes
  • Ensure opportunity creation and growth for the Biopharma business (mass spectrometry and Capillary Electrophoresis)
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree or Ph.D. in Science with an MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the Life Science industry, Biopharma, or related fields
  • Clear thinker with expertise in product positioning, market sizing, segmentation, and analysis
  • Experience in sales, application, or product management for mass spectrometry an added advantage
