We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Business team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in client management and Production Planning & Control (PPC). This role requires developing and sustaining good relationships with clients, leading procurement, logistics, warehouse, and quality teams, and addressing client complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Lead procurement, logistics, warehouse, and quality teams
- Address client complaints and concerns
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech. degree required
- Prior experience with production planning and control (PPC) is essential
- Strong data-driven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of procurement, cost validation, and negotiation techniques
- Willingness to learn, innovate, and take initiatives
