  • Partner with functional heads to address business challenges through AI & Analytics solutions, driving growth and management.
  • Translate business problems into analytical opportunities and develop AI/ML-based solutions.
  • Develop a scalable AI/ML agenda through various solutions.
  • Enable data-driven decision making and co-create business strategies through storytelling and insights presentation.
  • Foster external relationships with industry forums for innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee AI & Analytics projects from conceptualization to implementation and continuous monitoring.

**Key Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in quantitative fields or MBA from top-tier institutions.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of analytical experience, preferably post-graduation.
  • Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills.
  • Passion for AI/ML/Data Science with developed solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, technologies, and cloud environments.
