Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Transformation Professional to join our team. As an AI Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end AI solutions, from strategy development to model deployment and automation.

Your primary focus will be on assisting clients in understanding their business goals and current challenges, conducting discovery sessions to assess their data infrastructure readiness, and identifying AI opportunities tailored to their use cases.

You will also be expected to design scalable data pipelines and AI-ready data layers while ensuring data quality and integrity. Additionally, you will develop and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent agents integrated with business operations.

To ensure the success of our AI solutions, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, adoption, and long-term success.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in AI/data transformation roles at consulting or technology services companies. Proven experience in engaging enterprise clients and leading AI strategy and execution is essential. Strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud data lakes, and modern AI/ML development workflows is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/data transformation roles.
  • Proven experience in engaging enterprise clients and leading AI strategy and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud data lakes, and modern AI/ML development workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG), and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Qdrant).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data security and regulatory compliance in solution design.
