We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solution Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing and be able to develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Strategy Development:

    • Understand clients' business goals and objectives to develop tailored performance marketing strategies.

    • Collaborate with clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and align marketing strategies to achieve these targets.

    • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to clients on leveraging AI-driven marketing solutions.

  • Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display, programmatic).

    • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and tactics to maximize campaign performance.

    • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.

    • Present and communicate complex performance data in a clear and actionable manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, programmatic, and display.

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning in marketing is a plus.

  • Proficient in analyzing data to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and exceeding client expectations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
