Senior AI Specialist - Unicorn Labs seeks a highly skilled AI professional to contribute to cutting-edge large-scale AI solutions.

About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI specialist with strong expertise in developing custom models and creating scalable pipelines. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful international projects and collaborate with a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced machine learning and deep learning models for business-specific problems, including NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.
  • Build and maintain high-performance, scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products and ensure seamless integration.
  • Document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect).
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
