Job Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents across departments using Microsoft Co-Pilot.

  • Streamline workflows, enhance training, improve documentation access, and simulate real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.
  • Report directly to the executive leadership and build enterprise AI capabilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy AI agents tailored to departmental needs.
  • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Stay current on the latest AI advancements and recommend relevant innovations for future phases of AI adoption.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of AI integrations and LLMs or related platforms.
  • Background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
