Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building and deploying AI agents capable of performing autonomous tasks and interacting with users or systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software engineering, AI and generative AI, and will be proficient in Python, JavaScript, API development, AWS/Azure and database optimization. They will also have experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector databases and RAG systems for model integration.

  • Design and develop AI agents that can perform autonomous tasks and interact with users or systems.
  • Implement generative AI solutions and multi-agent systems to drive business innovation, improve automation and deliver creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, specifications and ensure smooth integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Manage vector databases for data ingestion, storage and optimized query execution, focusing on high performance for similarity search and fast retrieval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced retrieval strategies and prompt engineering techniques to enhance the capabilities of generative models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve AI-powered solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI and generative AI.
  • Proficient in Python, JavaScript, API development, AWS/Azure and database optimization.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector databases and RAG systems for model integration.
