Lead Generative AI Architect

We are seeking an innovative and visionary leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge generative AI solutions. As a senior architect, you will work at the intersection of technology and industry knowledge, leveraging your expertise in generative AI tools to push the boundaries of innovation.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning techniques, algorithms, and tools. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by driving the design and implementation of advanced generative AI models and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and propose solution architectures for generative AI, conversational AI, and cloud AIaaS.
  • Design and implement applications leveraging advanced generative AI models such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Clude, Meta Llama2, and Google Gemini.
  • Leverage expertise in UI technologies like TypeScript, React, Next.JS, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Deploy large language models across cloud environments.
  • Apply instruction tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and parameter-efficient fine-tuning to improve model performance.
  • Architect solutions incorporating advanced techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Transformer Architectures, and other emerging trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Applied Math.
  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning techniques, algorithms, and tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with a solid understanding of software design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch and other deep learning frameworks.
  • Understanding of MLOps life cycle and experience with MLOps workflows and versioning of datasets.
  • Collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and influence within a dynamic matrix environment.
