We're seeking an AI Engineer to join our team, where we focus on developing indispensable products powered by cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Intelligent Products: Develop and implement products that utilize the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and other emerging foundation models. Assess and integrate new techniques into our production systems to drive innovation.
  • Optimize Search and RAG Systems: Design and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This involves leveraging LLMs and vector databases to enhance search functionality.
  • Develop Performance Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs. We take a polyglot approach to working with LLMs, prioritizing open-source models and microservices like FastAPI, Ray.IO, and Kubernetes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A solid background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Familiarity with modern Python microservices, including FastAPI, Ray.IO, and Kubernetes orchestration for distributed AI workloads.
  • Experience with AI agent stacks like LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, and Sentence-Transformers.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating LLMs, and working with vector databases. We encourage you to share your projects with us.
  • Familiarity with core technologies like Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm is a plus.
