Product Designer Opportunity

The Product Design team is responsible for creating user-centered products that meet the needs of customers. Our design process involves research, interaction, and visual design to create simple, fast, and purposeful experiences.

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate user insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Ensure that all design decisions are driven by a deep understanding of user behavior and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design objectives and requirements.
  • Brainstorm creative solutions and provide design recommendations based on project goals.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and usability.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in product design, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
