About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to craft exceptional user experiences across our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design solutions from ideation through execution.
  • Solve complex problems using user-centered design solutions that address edge cases and nuances in user behavior.
  • Drive impact through design by defining success metrics and iterating on designs based on data-driven insights.
  • Promote the value of design as a key driver of growth and success within the organization, fostering an environment that prioritizes user-centered design.
  • Lead and grow into the role, driving the vision for the UX design team and eventually building and managing the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile applications.
  • A keen eye for visual design with attention to detail, consistency, and high-quality aesthetics.
  • A deep understanding of user behavior and psychology, with the ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and derive insights that drive design decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and prototype creative solutions for complex design challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both the design team and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with healthcare brands or in the Healthtech space.
  • Previous experience leading design teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
