Senior UX Designer Position">The successful candidate will be responsible for creating user-centric designs by crafting user journey maps and developing personas. They will lead design concept presentations to executive leadership, customers, and prospects.">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Cultivate a holistic understanding of the business and platform to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final deliverables based on requirements from Product and stakeholders.">
  • Work closely with UX Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and various business stakeholders to fulfill the overall product/feature vision.">
  • Manage bandwidth and project pipeline to execute designs in time with the team's software roadmap.">
  • Contribute to and take divine interest in the construction of evolving pattern libraries.">
  • Provide prototypes/deliverables to describe interactions and motion to enhance UI.">
  • Lead design QA and take ownership of all assets delivered to Engineering.">
  • Maintain design systems and libraries in conjunction with the wider Product Design Team to ensure product-wide visual consistency.">

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or related product design field.">
  • 5+ years experience in a web-based, product-centric company.">
  • Self-starter who drives projects forward through communication and diligence.">
  • Customer-centric digital portfolio representing design process.">
  • Exceptional design velocity: especially in developing concepts and variations.">
  • Proficiency creating wireframes and prototypes with Figma.">
  • User-centric design principles understanding and practice.">
  • Strong, proven skill in creating concepts to final deliverables.">

  • Knowledge of Identity Security, Access Management, or Cybersecurity domain experience.">
  • Capability to understand complex data structure, provide design options on diverse hierarchies, and do reasonable validation.">

  • HTML and CSS knowledge and front-end prototyping experience.">
  • Experience with user research and quantitative usability testing.">
