Job Title: Visionary User Experience Architect

About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies for core product areas, from concept to delivery.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Lead design reviews, provide feedback, and raise the quality bar across the team.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Advocate for user-centric thinking in product decisions.

You'll thrive in this role if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in designing SaaS or mobile-first products.
  • You possess a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
  • You excel at communication, getting stakeholders aligned with your vision.
  • You focus on measurable results, shipping high-quality releases, taking customer feedback, applying learnings, refining the product, and repeating.
  • You're fluent in design tools (Figma, prototyping, etc.) and open to adopting AI into the process.
  • You can thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of working through ambiguity and uncertainty.
