Usability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Usability Specialist to join our team. As a Usability Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to identify areas of improvement in our medical products.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in usability engineering and a strong understanding of human factors engineering (HFE) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC)-62366 standards. They will also have expertise in Figma software and UFMEA preparation.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for product improvements
  • Develop and maintain usability plans and documentation
Qualifications

To be successful as a Usability Specialist, you should possess:

  • A strong background in design and human-centered design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
