Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer

Overview:

We are seeking a talented UX designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize user experience by addressing user and business needs while balancing technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across products and services.
  • Develop and present design execution plans and frameworks.
  • Produce development-ready UX/UI deliverables with detailed hand-off documentation for engineering teams.
  • Conduct research and testing to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure consistency in UI and UX across digital products through the maintenance and evolution of design systems.
  • Actively maintain structured documentation and participate in regular design huddles.
  • Identify and communicate UX/UI-related risks or trade-offs within the product development lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with UX/UI trends and adapt based on project needs and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end UX/UI projects resulting in tangible business impact.
  • User-Centered Design Expertise: Strong grasp of UCD principles and their practical application across form factors and platforms.
  • Strong Visual & Interactive Design Skills: Proficiency in creating compelling interfaces with attention to interaction and usability.
  • System Thinking: Ability to build and manage scalable, accessible, and brand-consistent design systems.
  • Experience with Design Metrics: Familiarity with measuring and improving UX and UI through user data and journey evaluations.
  • Collaboration-Driven: History of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Agile Process Knowledge: Comfortable working in Agile/SDLC environments with timely updates and iterative design delivery.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong storytelling, written, and verbal skills to convey design rationales and present concepts clearly.
  • Creative & Analytical: Ability to ideate creatively while making data-informed design decisions.
  • Adaptable & Growth-Oriented: Willing to learn, iterate through failure, and evolve continuously in both UX and UI domains.
