About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing team. This role is for a seasoned design leader who combines strong craft with strategic thinking, bringing clarity to complex problems and driving product excellence through design. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences that are not just usable but meaningful and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Breathe Life Into Vision

  • Deliver breakthrough ideas and bold solutions that push the boundaries of digital product design
  • Create pixel-perfect interfaces and design systems that drive consistency and quality
  • Define and elevate the design language across products

Orchestrate Research-Driven Insights

  • Lead user research sessions and discovery workshops to identify latent needs
  • Translate insights into actionable design strategies that influence product direction

Master the Details

  • Align design work with broader business goals and metrics
  • Own end-to-end execution from wireframes to final visuals, ensuring design intent translates into product impact

Lead with Purpose

  • Mentor and coach junior designers, helping them grow in craft and thinking
  • Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture

Challenge the Norm

  • Be a catalyst for innovation through design exploration, experimentation, and system thinking
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create cohesive, differentiated product experiences

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product/UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or principal design role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work (from research to delivery)
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices
  • Hands-on experience with design systems, prototyping tools, and user research methods
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced product environments
