Role Overview

This role is focused on crafting exceptional user experiences that drive business results and foster a strong sense of community among team members. As a Lead UX Designer, you will lead the design process for enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration with other products and services.

Key responsibilities include owning the full design process, from early discovery and testing to asset delivery and pixel-tweaking with engineers. You will design flows that are intuitive, elegant, and provide value for users while accounting for a wide variety of scenarios.

Additionally, you will leverage data, business, and internal users' needs to inform and advocate for your direction. This includes having full ownership and matching global standards of experience for enterprise applications used by team members at headquarters offices.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of visual and interaction design experience, a portfolio featuring digital design work with in-depth case studies, and demonstrated expertise with modern design tools such as Figma and Miro. Experience shipping digital products and customer-facing portals/modules in the retail domain is also essential.
