
Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with undergraduate colleges and driving student engagement. Your primary objective will be to represent our institution at college fairs, seminars, workshops, and outreach events.
You will be responsible for conducting information sessions and career guidance talks for undergraduate students, generating and nurturing leads by promoting our PGDM program, and coordinating with the central admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversions.
Additionally, you will maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes, and travel within the city and occasionally outside for outreach events.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach is required.
- Established relationships with undergraduate colleges in Hyderabad/Chennai are essential.
- Candidates must be currently working or residing in Hyderabad or Chennai.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & local language) are necessary.
- Strong networking ability and a willingness to travel for outreach are also required.
- A graduate/postgraduate degree in Management/Marketing/Education is preferred.
