Job Title: Business Development Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our sales and service team with documentation, proposal preparation, lead coordination, and business development operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sales documents, quotations, and client proposals by collecting and organizing relevant information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for business requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain CRM/sales databases with up-to-date client and opportunity information to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support tender/bid documentation and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and follow-ups to provide excellent service experience.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline and business activities to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in business development/support/operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create engaging presentations and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
