Business Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and demonstrating AI-powered IT solutions, negotiating and closing sales deals, maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and preparing sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through market research and lead generation.
  • Presentation and demonstration of AI-powered IT solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiation and closure of sales deals within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Maintenance of positive client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered IT solutions, including automation and cloud services.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential leads.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
