Our team seeks a skilled Business Requirements Specialist to lead the definition and documentation of business requirements for PROS and SAP solutions. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure complete requirements are defined and understood.

  • Define and document business requirements for PROS and SAP solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Lead blueprinting sessions with external vendors and global cross-functional teams to evaluate solutions and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed requirements documents, including input and output requirements, process maps, and business benefits.
  • Provide oversight to offshore developers to ensure requirements are understood and that a well-designed, efficient, and supportable solution is developed.
