**Production Data Specialist**

We are seeking an experienced Production Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing production data and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

  • Track order status, manage time and attendance calendars, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Review production artworks and manage UPC ticket approvals.
  • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to secure timely shipment bookings.
  • Maintain accurate shipping documents for warehousing and accounting purposes.
  • Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail or manufacturing merchandising is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in production or operations analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills, with proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
