The Opportunity

This role presents an exciting chance to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space, work at an emerging consumer-tech startup, and be part of this dynamic journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers to define key metrics and KPIs for product performance tracking.
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on key metrics and drive iterative improvements.
  • Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on product performance and recommendations for future enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in Python (highly preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
