- We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee and manage high-volume recruitment initiatives.
- This role involves working closely with Recruitment Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to support the client's recruitment lifecycle.
You will be responsible for providing timely updates on contracts, including renewals and terminations, to contractors and consultants.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage effective spreadsheets to track items such as issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
- Support the HR Manager with onboarding newly hired contractors, consultants, or employees.
- Attend team meetings and client meetings, set up meetings, and make reservations for senior management.
- Submit candidates through the client portal and review and track updates published on the client portal.
- Learn principles of candidate sourcing and screening.
- Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
- University degree.
- Excellent English oral and written skills, fluency in English strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Results-oriented focus on client satisfaction.
