Talent Acquisition Expert - IT Infrastructure

As a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Expert, you will play a pivotal role in building world-class teams for our fast-paced IT Infra recruitment engine. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for large-scale IT Infra roles
  • Utilize job boards, ATS, and creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive talent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sourcing efforts for high-volume mandates in IT Infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in IT Infra hiring
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds
  • Masterly command of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
