Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert to drive the configuration and support of our core modules.

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals Management.
  • Deliver high-quality Level 2/3 technical assistance for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with Business HR stakeholders to identify requirements and develop functional/technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment handling day-to-day operational tasks, configuration changes, and supporting secondary modules such as Learning Management System and reporting.

Key responsibilities include documenting changes, updates, and issue resolutions according to internal IT protocols and coordinating with SAP Support for escalated technical issues.

Prior experience working within an internal IT team setup is preferred. The role requires passion for delivering high-quality results, a strong learner mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues independently.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field is desired.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven hands-on expertise in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across modules.
  • Working knowledge of LMS and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
