Strategic Account Manager - Ophthalmology Leadership Role

Drive sales expansion by retaining and strengthening key relationships, encouraging repeat business, and enhancing brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ophthalmology market and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share, leveraging the company's product portfolio and expertise in ophthalmology.
  • Product Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, including intraocular lenses, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize marketing leads and other sources to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the ophthalmology industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
