Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to manage quotations, work closely with internal teams, and deliver accurate and timely quotes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and managing quotations
  • Coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information
  • Analyzing customer requirements
  • Maintaining records of quotations
  • Following up with clients
  • Updating the status of quotes in the system
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of hydraulic components and related technical specifications
  • Experience with SAP / ERP is a plus
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
