Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Operations Specialist to drive efficiency and productivity in our quote-to-cash processes. This role will be instrumental in implementing Quote-to-Cash applications at scale, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions to meet business requirements.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing quote-to-cash processes, with a proven track record of driving end-to-end process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and CPQ platforms, including their capabilities, limitations, and integration best practices.

This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to scope requirements, develop, design, and implement solutions for Sales & SalesOps, Channels, Finance, OrderOps, and the Customer Success team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing quote-to-cash processes, with proven expertise in driving end-to-end process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and CPQ platforms, including their capabilities, limitations, and integration best practices.
