
Strategic Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.
Main Responsibilities- Meetings and Communication: Conduct weekly meetings with business units to discuss key performance indicators, progress updates, and address any concerns.
- HR Guidance: Provide HR guidance to line management on various employee-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Trend Analysis and Solution Development: Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies that drive business growth and improvement.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective investigations and thorough analysis.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Performance Management: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, and training needs identification.
- Workplace Relationships: Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Policy Guidance: Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Contract Development: Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Expatriate Support: Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Business Restructuring: Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Training Needs Identification: Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Training Program Evaluation: Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong HR skills: Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on strategic partnerships, employee relations, and talent management.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Project management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
