Job Title: Associate Client Coordinator

Department: Client Success & Operations

Location: Bengaluru

Years of Experience: 1-3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment Readiness and Integration: Conduct in-depth on-site assessments to evaluate hospital infrastructure for AI compatibility. Identify and creatively address technical challenges, ensuring seamless AI integration and optimal performance.
  • Client Issue Resolution: Resolve client complaints by handling complaint platforms, liaising with Client IT and Program Teams, managing remote access requests, and coordinating with internal engineering teams for timely solutions.
  • Project Management: Collaboratively lead and coordinate multiple AI implementation initiatives across diverse regions, driving execution excellence through structured methodologies and shared accountability.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless product experience and maximizing the impact of AI solutions.
  • Impact Generation: Identify and measure the clinical, operational, or economic advantages achieved by stakeholders through the program.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate level understanding of AI in healthcare
  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead and execute projects
  • Client Focus: Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to rapidly grasp & implement complex operations, provide creative solutions and drive process improvements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Healthcare Experience: Prior knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
